Client will fill out the commission form to the best of their ability. Upon the acceptance of the commission, Seller will contact Client via Social Media/Email provided within ONE WEEK to confirm the commission and provide payment details and ask any additional details that may be necessary.

If Client has submitted a form and has not been contacted within ONE WEEK, Client will be put on a waiting list and will be contacted later when further commission slots are open. Client’s information will only be retained by Seller for this purpose.

Client agrees to pay the due amount upfront for any orders of value lower or equal to $120.

On orders above $120, Client agrees to pay the full amount or half the invoice total upfront. The other half has to be paid on approval of the initial sketch.

Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.

Client accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.

Client agrees to pay the total amount specified in United States Dollar (USD).

It is the sole responsibility of Client to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.

Client will receive the Product within 30 days of receiving the agreed upon payment. Any lateness in delivery will be informed as soon as possible by Seller.

Client has the right to ONE complete revisions in the sketching phase.

Client has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eye color or fixing a small detail. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.

Client agrees that the finished Product will be delivered digitally with a Google Drive link to the email address provided by Client, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.

Client agrees that the Product must be downloaded within ONE month. The Google Drive link will be deleted after one month has passed.

The Seller is not responsible if the Product is not downloaded before the link is deleted. However, a new Google Drive link can be provided with the Seller’s discretion.

Any other method of digital delivery has to be mutually agreed before the work commences. Client is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery methods such as digital service subscription fees etc.

It is the sole responsibility of Client to propose a delivery method which works for both parties. Seller cannot be held accountable for Client’s loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Seller.

Upon delivery of the product, it is the Client’s responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Client lost their files.

Client has the right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within four months. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed separately, before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.

Client obliges to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Client will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.

The Product received by Client is for personal use ONLY. The Client may: post the Product on their personal social media accounts; use the Product as personal display pictures on any personal account; use the Product to represent themself or their character in a private, non-monetised tabletop games; print out the Product to frame, use for scrapbooking or any other relevant purposes if the client so wishes.

Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal use is prohibited, including but not limited to; using the Product to represent themselves, their work or any businesses on any public commercial ventures; using the Product to promote the Client’s work or businesses; printing physical copies of the Product in any form to be monetised; distributing any digital or physical edition of the artwork in any form; reselling the Product as part of an adoptable trade.

Client is strictly prohibited and does not hold the right to use the Product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. This supersedes all previous clauses covering personal use. Clients who engage with cryptocurrency and NFT trading are discouraged from engaging with this form and are encouraged to find an alternative Seller.

Seller holds the right to post watermarked version of the Product to Seller’s social Media accounts.

Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Client.

Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Client will receive full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
